All ear wax appointments require a £20 deposit at the time of booking. This covers the cost of a full ear assessment and will be deducted from the total price if ear wax removal is carried out.
If no ear wax is found, you will still receive a thorough ear check and personalised aftercare advice, and no additional charge will be made.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment to another client and ensures your deposit can be refunded.
To help achieve the best and most comfortable results, please use 1–2 drops of olive oil once or twice daily for 3–5 days before your appointment. This softens the wax and helps make removal easier and gentler.
